FOR YOUR FREEDOM YEARS

Company magazine is the ONLY glossy women’s monthly to capture the moment and the imagination of women in their ‘freedom years’, having established in 1991 a unique market position between the younger teen titles and the older women’s lifestyle brands. Since then there has been significant growth in the young women’s sector and Company magazine maintains this clear position by keeping constantly abreast of the ever-changing lifestyles, attitudes and interests of young British women.

THE PROMISE

Company magazine is the well informed friend every young woman needs. It knows which clothes you’ll be wearing in two months time (and where to get the best and the cheapest version on the high street). It's there to give out advice about the issues you’re interested in – sexual health, debt, drinking, dodgy minicabs, domestic violence and it delivers that information without ever sounding patronising or smug. Every page of Company screams ‘that could be me!’ whether its relating to a triumph over tragedy story or being inspired by someone who set up their own business. It’s funny and sexy but never smutty. Cheeky and honest but not aggressive.

THE READER

Company readers are having the time of their lives – they can shop when they want, go clubbing when they want and they don’t have millstones like mortgages and kids around their necks. They live for the weekend when they can spend their salary on a new top and meet their friends in the evening for a glass of wine or five. They are very clued into popular culture and fashion – knowing all too well that a pair of designer sunglasses can make a dress from the high street look so much better. Life is for the moment and although they definitely want to be informed on social issues that affect them directly for the most part they worry about the bigger stuff tomorrow.

THE CLASSIFIED SECTION

The classified pages enable advertisers to reach young women who have the disposable income to spend on themselves. Company now also offers a recruitment section dedicated to reaching this most sought after and hardest to reach target audience. Details available on request.
